How can I order online?
Go to Home page of our site www.cigarrettes-online.com on the left side youll find all the available brands. Select a brand and click on it.
This will take you to the selected brand page. Choose from the given list one of the cigarette pack you would like to buy. You will be automatically sent to your shopping cart. If you want to buy more than one brand or style just click "Back to shopping" from your Shopping cart and choose another cigarette brand from menu and repeat the process.
When you are done click "Go To Secure Checkout". You will be taken Secure Server and you should enter the required information. After that, click "Click to purchase".
At this point your credit card information is checked and you will receive an order confirmation at your e-mail address.
Can I make an order by fax?
Unfortunately no. This method of payment will be available later.
What payment methods are acceptable?
You can pay by Visa, Master Credit Cards and E-Checks and your account is charged the same time you place your orders.
Please note that E-Checks are processed within 14 days.
Can I make an order by telephone?
Unfortunately no, you can only make it online.
Is there a maximum order?
The maximum quantity of the cigarette packs is defined by your country law. But please be aware that we do not accept large quantity orders from first-time customers. If this is your first purchase in our cigarette online cigarette store maximum quantity is 10 cartons.
How can I find out my order status?
After you've placed your order at cigarrettes-online.com you will be automatically notified by E-mail when your order is approved or shipped. Please, notice that we do not ship orders within 24 hours to give you a possibility to change or update your postal address and/or the order items. In such cases you must immediately send us an e-mail with your changes. Please enclose your order number when writing about changes in your order.

How long would it take for my order to be delivered?
It usually takes 14-21 days for your order to be delivered. However we are trying to improve our delivery process and our customers can get their orders within 10 days after placing an order on our site.
I have bought 6 and paid for cartoons and got only 4 for now. Please advise.
We always send the full order in the same day to our customs check. Sometimes customs and post do not manage processing of all the parcels in a day and this causes delay between parcels arriving. Please expect your order to arrive shortly.
Why can't you send me a single parcel containing more cartons?
We ship goods in parcels containing 2 blocks because of customs issues and taxes.
What is your shipping cost per carton of cigarettes?
Our P&P (Package and Postage) charge is $8.99 per carton of cigarettes. Please note that P&P charge is not included in cigarettes price.

Do you have autodelivery option on your site?
No, this option is unavailable right now.
Do you provide any information about your customers or use it in advertisement purposes?
All the information kept is used only for delivery and order tracking process. We do not provide any information about our customers to anybody else.
Will I get my money back or have the goods replaced if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged?
We guarantee 100% money back or order resending if you dont get your order for some reason. If you want your money back please contact our support center and we will fund your credit card. Please do NOT charge your money back through credit card companies.
My credit card was charged for my order but when I log in your site order status in Unpaid. What should I do?
